He we nice enough to share, so I am going to share. Its really good.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUAIL OR ANY MEAT MARINADE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Tablespoon Black Pepper (fresh ground if possible)<\/p>\n<p>2 Tablespoon Kosher Salt<\/p>\n<p>2 Cups Buttermilk<\/p>\n<p>4 Beaten Eggs<\/p>\n<p>2 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 Quarter Cup Dill Pickle Juice<\/p>\n<p>Mix all ingredients thoroughly and add meat, let it marinate at<\/p>\n<p>least 4 hours preferably overnight.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BATTER<\/p>\n<p>4 Cups Flour<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd Teaspoons Black Pepper (fresh ground if possible)<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd Teaspoons Garlic Powder<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd Teaspoons Onion Powder<\/p>\n<p>1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt<\/p>\n<p>Remove all silver membrane from meat before adding it to the<\/p>\n<p>marinade<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mikeclover.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mike-Clover-Group-Email-Signature-muy-grande.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-530\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mikeclover.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mike-Clover-Group-Email-Signature-muy-grande-300x183.jpg\" alt=\"mike-clover-group-email-signature-muy-grande\" width=\"300\" height=\"183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mikeclover.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mike-Clover-Group-Email-Signature-muy-grande-300x183.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mikeclover.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Mike-Clover-Group-Email-Signature-muy-grande.jpg 405w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; I got this recipe from a old timer I used as a guide.
